Shipping policy
AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2025:
Custom orders can be expected to have up to a 4-8 week minimum turn around time dependent on current volume of custom orders and size of order.
Split Shipping Now Available
We now offer split shipping for orders containing both ready-to-ship and custom items. Ready-to-ship items will be processed and sent immediately, while custom items will be shipped separately once completed.
If you prefer to receive everything together and avoid paying separate shipping fees, please leave a note at checkout or email us before placing your order. We’ll gladly combine your shipment and refund any excess shipping charges.
IMPORTANT!! Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $150. Due to the way split shipping is calculated combined orders of custom and ready to ship items over $150 may not qualify at checkout only. Don’t worry!! We will refund all shippings costs after purchase if the total of the ENTIRE order is over $150.

*Domestic orders under $12 ship for free without tracking. Tracking can be purchase for an additional $4. Arrangement for that can be made by contacting us after purchase.

**Shipping times may or may not reflect processing times, which will be longer for custom and made to order items.
Shipping & Processing Times:
- Ready to Ship Inventory
- Please allow up to 5 business days to process and ship your order.
- Please allow up to one extra business week for processing if purchase is made on weeks that contain holidays to include but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, and federal holidays.
- Weekend shipments are possible but are not guaranteed as we at Alta Luna deeply value our family time. Thank you for your trust in us and your patience if needed. We cannot express how important both are to us.
- Custom and Made to Order Inventory
- Custom and made to order inventory includes: pads, gushers, kits, facial rounds, interlabial pads, and kitchen items.
- Listing will state clearly if item is custom, made to order, or not. If no custom or made to order titling is explicitly in item listing then it is a ready to ship item.
- Your shipping label will be purchased by us when we begin work on your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number when we make this purchase. Please keep in mind that this email doesn't not indicate the day we are shipping your order, but the day we begin working on it. Allow us reasonable time to make and complete your order after this email is sent to you. Alta Luna will not send any additional emails once your order has been packed and dropped off to ship. If you would like email or text notifications regarding your order (such as acceptance at the post office and delivery details) you may sign up for "Informed Delivery" using your tracking number at usps.com.
- If you would like a custom printed piece please add ordering, printing, and shipping times for custom ordered fabric to this timeframe. Locally curated fabrics will result in faster processing times. Some custom ordered fabrics may arrive in as little as 5 days after purchase, while some may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive as they are individually printed by our suppliers; these times are dependent on the source of fabric.
- Hand dyeing or custom images will add about a week to an order as well. We thank you for your understanding of this process.
Carrier Information:
We will ALWAYS take your items inside the store for drop off and to be scanned physically by a person. Drop off receipts will be kept by us until your order has been delivered. Alta Luna Cloth Solutions is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages incurred after parcels are in the possession of the carrier.
All carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) have their own insurance and tracking policies and Alta Luna is not responsible for such policies. Please check with individual carrier’s websites for accurate information.
Claims for lost or damaged items should be made directly with carrier and not Alta Luna.
Tracking & Insurance (USPS ONLY!!):
Orders with a value over $12 will come with tracking, which you will receive in a second email after purchase, and standard $100 insurance THROUGH THE USPS. Claims for lost or damaged items should be made directly with USPS and not Alta Luna.
Smaller orders that are comprised of items that can fit in a standard greeting card envelope, weigh less than 2 oz, and are less than $12 in value will be sent regular letter mail via postage stamps. These orders do not include tracking nor insurance. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform Alta Luna if these types of order are never received. All efforts by Alta Luna will be made to fulfill orders and ensure buyer receives everything they ordered. If you would like tracking added to your order please contact us or leave a note in your cart prior to checking out. Tracking is available for an additional fee of $4.
